Welcome to MINDMUSH LLC! These Terms of Service apply to all apps and services offered by MINDMUSH LLC. By using our apps, you agree to the following terms.

1. General Overview

These Terms govern your use of apps and services provided by MINDMUSH LLC, located at 1111B S Governors Ave STE 49061, Dover, DE 19904 US. This includes subscriptions, in-app purchases, and any digital content or features offered within our apps. By using our apps, you accept these Terms and any additional conditions displayed at the time of purchase.

2. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

2.1. Subscription Services

Our apps offer paid subscription services with auto-renewable functionality. Subscriptions provide access to premium features, exclusive content, or enhanced app functionality.

2.2. Subscription Types

• Subscriptions are available for varying durations, including monthly and yearly plans, as specified in each app.
• Pricing for each subscription plan is displayed in the app prior to purchase and may vary by region due to taxes or exchange rates.

2.3. In-App Purchases

In addition to subscriptions, some apps may offer one-time in-app purchases, such as consumable or non-consumable digital goods. These purchases are billed separately from subscriptions.

3. Auto-Renewal Policy

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Renewal charges will be applied to your Apple ID account within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.
• The cost of renewal will be the same as the original subscription price unless otherwise stated in the app.

4. Refund Policy

All payments for subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed by Apple through your Apple ID account. Refunds are subject to Apple's policies and must be requested directly from Apple Support. MINDMUSH LLC does not provide refunds or manage payment disputes.

5. Cancellation and Management

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no refunds will be issued for the unused portion of the subscription period.

6. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our apps, you consent to the collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is accessible within each app and on our website at: mindmush.com/privacy

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delaware.

8. Limitation of Liability

MINDMUSH LLC is not responsible for service interruptions or errors caused by third-party providers, including Apple. Our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Changes to Terms

MINDMUSH LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be communicated through the app or other appropriate channels. Continued use of our apps after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
